- Upon placing a successful order, the product(s) will be dispatched within 1 (one) working day, however receipt of the shipment may take up to 10 working days. (Depending on time taken by third party courier service)

- We, under no circumstances, entertain or accept any cancellation after 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, it will be treated as return.
Furthermore, Though the website itself does not have an option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service at 9811911273/9999415377 (Between 10 am – 6 pm Monday-Saturday) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel the same.
Return & Refund Policy
- Missing/Damaged/Broken product claims require an unboxing video. Any product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
- 2-day return window: Products can be requested for a return within 2 days of receiving the article. In that case, we do provide returns as a service for a fee (return shipping). The return shipping will accordingly be communicated based on order volume and pin code of delivery
- Non-Acceptance of Orders: We are not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include double shipping and re-packing costs
- Return process: Returned orders have to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

- Do I have to pay shipping charges?
You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for orders above Rs 600. Below this amount you will have to pay a nominal flat shipping charge. You can review these charges before making the payment at the Check Out page.

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Clay Craft. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Simply follow the below-mentioned steps:
